Here is an oldie but goodie: This Mayor's Run-up of Pickle Hill CC CM (one of two from our very first litter) at a fun match winning Best of Breed under judge Warren Cook, of Fox & Cook show photography. Warren is a well known Saluki breeder, along with his wife and fellow show photographer, Vickie. Both are now NOFCA judges.

Run-up is a term used in to describe a winning move in scoring a coursing contest. It means the first dog to reach the hare and cause it to turn or some other motion where the dog shows control over the flight of the hare in the very beginning of the course.

Run-Up's sire is Kamehameha of Rancho Gabriel and dam is La Mascara of Rancho Gabriel CC CM
